Training and work, two universes that have been considered parallel for too many years. For some time, the belief that they are two sides of the same coin has manifested itself with the multiplication of free courses, at the end of which it is easy to think that they can be hired by local companies.
Varied opportunities that make the eyes of those who had to sweat seven shirts to sign their first contract and those entrepreneurs who always had to train new recruits in the company. Today, however, it goes in a complicated way and too often the calls for participation in the courses do not have the following that one would expect, according to the quality and the opportunity that is available. And companies find themselves without properly trained staff to hire. It happens in tourism, where there is a shortage of chefs and waiters, in health care (for issues related to access to the academic world) and also in manufacturing.

The problems with which the world of training and the world of work collide arise from various factors, including the different approaches of young people to employment and indeed to life. “The children are looking for a job that meets their needs. I believe that this is an approach that needs to be changed as soon as possible.
