The order of the architects, planners, landscape architects and conservators of Vicenza with Confindustria Vicenza and the Banca Popolare di Marostica-Volksbank Foundation, organize an important technical training conference on two dates, Thursday 30 June in Vicenza and Thursday 29 September in Marostica, with Title “The Role of the Architect in the Heritage Conservation and Restoration Project. Complexity and Synergies”.

“This new council wanted to give strong place to issues that are too often treated marginally, because they are considered as specialists. Restoration is the exclusive competence of architects and conservators, which is why we set up a commission dedicated to this specific branch of our profession.

The large collection of inscriptions from all over Italy shows how much interest is circulating around the restoration, and these two training events are the first step towards a more widespread culture of good conservation of our architectural heritage.

A committee of 45 members, many of whom will be present at the conference.

will host a different illustrated audience, with case studies from the Milan Polytechnic, La Sapienza University of Rome, the IUAV of Venice, the Lazio Region, the BSAE Superintendent for the Provinces of PD, BL and TV, presented by so many well-known professionals as Paolo Portoghesi, Amedeo Bellini, Paolo Faccio and Giovanni Carbonara.
