For the purpose of increasing the amount as a single check, the amounts obtained under NASPI and DIS-COLL are also relevant. This is provided that the subject is the recipient of these services at the time of application and for a prevailing period of the year.
This is one of the main statements published by the INPS with the message n ° 1714 of 20 April.
The only and universal check
The single check was introduced by Legislative Decree 230/2021.
The allowance is awarded to parents:
- for every dependent minor child and for newborns it starts from the seventh month of pregnancy;
- for any dependent adult child, up to the age of 21, for whom one of the following conditions is met: You go to a school or vocational training, or a diploma; does an internship or work activity and has a total income of less than 8,000 euros per year; are registered as unemployed and are looking for work in the public employment services; exercises universal civil service.
The amount recognized as a single check varies accordinglyI SEE. NASpI and DIS-COLL. Competition with respect to the single check
With regard to the amounts mentioned above, the legislator (Article 4, Section 8, of the Decree Bill No. 230/2021) provided for an increase in the single payer. Specifically the increase of 30 EUR an monthly is in the case where both parents have earned income.
This amount is payable to:
- in full measure for an ISEE equal to or less than 15,000 Euros e
- gradually the amounts linked in Table 1 in the same decree will decrease until it is canceled in correspondence with an ISEE equal to 40,000 Euros.
For ISEE levels higher than 40,000 Euros, the increase is unpaid.
With the message of yesterday n ° 1714, the INPS focused on verifying the requirements for obtaining the increase.
In this respect, the Social Security has repeated in relation to Circular No. 23/2022: Increase, income from work or similar as well as pension income, income from self-employment or business, according to Articles 49, paragraphs 1 and 2, 50, paragraph 1, letters a), c-bis), g) and l), 53, paragraphs 1 and 2, letter c), and 55 of the Decree of the President of the Republic of 22 December 1986, n. 917 (TUIR). Income that must be owned at the time of application and received for a prevailing period of the year.
