Towards the end of the year, tests and training of teachers, who were newly hired by GPS, in the school year 2021/22. Teachers have to take a disciplinary test by 31 July. The ministry recently issued the decree with the territorial aggregations. Here are the reference frameworks for the assessment of the oral exam
The disciplinary test consists of a “qualification interview” and takes place as required by Ministerial Decree 242 of 31 July 2021 on the programs set out in Annex A to Ministerial Decree no. 327/2019 for playschools and primary schools and as per Appendix A to Ministerial Decree no. 201/2020 for the high school and the high school.
The interview counts for review
- for teaching in a common place (for all levels of education), possession and correct practice, in relation to the teacher’s experience and validated by the completion of the initial training and test year, of cultural and disciplinary skills, concerning the d ‘Establishment of core learning disciplines, subject to the objectives of competence and learning objectives set by the current regulations;
- for teaching in support posts (for all levels of education), possession and correct practice, in relation to the teacher’s experience and validated by the completion of the initial training and the test year, of the knowledge and skills acquired on a individually directed. pedagogical planning which, with respect for the rhythms and learning styles and needs of each student, identifies in close collaboration with the other members of the class council balanced interventions between learning and socialization and the full improvement of the skills and potential of the trainee.
The oral examination evaluates the mastery of methodological, pedagogical and didactic planning skills, starting with the coherent and grounded analysis of the path that is carried out during the training and test year in relation to the areas of experience.
