(Adnkronos) – After two years, Italy is preparing to say goodbye to the Covid state of emergency. Today, 31 March 2022, is in fact the last day on which the measures taken by the Conte and Draghi governments to prevent infections and deaths in the country are in force. And so, from tomorrow, April 1st, the gradual easing of more restrictive measures and rules will come into force. Here’s what is changing – and what is not changing – as far as the mandatory green passport and the super green passport are concerned. Obligations that do not completely disappear, but which in 24 hours affect the lives of the Italians who are struggling with the pandemic a little less.
From tomorrow onwards, those over 50 years will no longer have to obtain a so-called green passport at work, but the green basic passport will last until 30 April, so that there will be no more suspension in violation of a super green passport. The vaccination obligation, however, remains until June 15th. The suspension and suspension of the Covid-19 vaccine remains only for healthcare professionals, hospital workers and RSA workers. Only for them, and therefore no longer for school workers, the security sector and the liability, will there be an extension of the vaccination until 31 December. For teachers as well as for police, defense, public rescue, local police, university workers, the vaccination obligation remains until June 15, 2022.
As of April 1st, the green pass, neither the super pass nor the ground pass, is no longer required to access the bank, post office or public offices. Same in stores and malls where green certification is no longer needed. Both in the shops and in the public offices it will be sufficient to wear the surgical mask.
To consume indoors, sit at the counter or at the table, from April 1st on, bars and restaurants will be sufficient to show you the green basic pass (the one with a tampon, which lasts 48 hours). Basic green pass is also required to gain access to the canteens. Over the Green Pass, also the base, instead, when you sit at the outdoor tables of bars and restaurants. As of tomorrow, there will be no obligation to present the Green Pass in hotels and other accommodation.
Until April 30th, to gain access to the swimming and gym classes, you must still have the Super Green Pass.
To enter the stadium you need the basic Green Pass. In sports facilities, in the case of indoor events, the Super Green Pass is still required. In the latter case, it is also necessary to wear the Ffp2 mask. From 1 April, the capacity of stadiums and sports facilities will be reduced to 100%, both indoors and outdoors.
From 1 April, the Green Pass will no longer be used for public transport. Until the end of next month, however, it will not be possible to say goodbye to FFp2 masks to get on buses, trams and metro. As for long distance vehicles – trains, ships, planes – the basic Green Pass will be required, with the obligation to carry the Ffp2.
From tomorrow, the rules and methods for access to cultural and entertainment venues will change. With the end of the state of emergency, the Super Green Pass is no longer needed – at least until April 30th – to participate in the outdoor shows. Some, however, have rules for those inside.
For access to museums, archeological parks, exhibitions, archives, libraries and other cultural sites, the Ministry of Culture informs in a note, possession of the enhanced green pass or the ground pass is no longer required. The obligation to use surgical masks remains. As for the cinemas, theaters and concerts from April 1 to 30, 2022, for the participation in the shows that take place inside, is the possession of the so-called enhanced green passport and the obligation to wear FFP2 masks. From 1st to 30th April 2022, participation in outdoor shows will require the so-called green ground pass and the obligation to wear FFP2 masks.
To celebrate weddings, graduations, birthdays, communion, the rules do not change: every participant must still have the super green passport. The super green pass is also required to go to the disco, where the surgical mask is sufficient to be removed during the dance. The discos are returned to full capacity.
According to the Ministry of Education, the use of surgical masks (or masks of more protective measures) remains in all institutions of the education, school and education system, except for children up to six years and for people with pathologies or disabilities incompatible with the use of masks . The mask must also be worn on the means of transport and on school transport (type Ffp2 until 30 April 2022). The mask should not be worn during sports activities; it is recommended to respect the interpersonal safety distance of at least one meter, unless the structural-logistical conditions of the buildings do not allow it.
In any case, the ban on access or stay in school rooms remains valid if you are positive for the covid or if you have respiratory symptoms and a body temperature above 37.5 °. It will be possible to make educational excursions and educational trips, including participation in sporting events. Until April 30, it will only be possible to get to educational institutions by showing the so-called “basic” green passport (vaccination, recovery or test).
Regarding the management of positive cases. In kindergartens and early childhood education services: in the presence of at least four cases of positivity between students in the same section / class group, activities continue to be present and for teachers and educators, as well as for girls and children over the age of six. Use of the Ffp2 masks provided for ten days of last contact with the positive subject. If symptoms appear, an antigen test (rapid or self-administered) or a molecular test is mandatory. If you are still symptomatic, the test should be repeated on the fifth day after the date of last contact. In this case, the negative result of the test is certified with self-certification.
In the primary, secondary, secondary and in education and vocational training systems: in the presence of at least 4 cases of positivity in pupils, the activities are present and for teachers and students who, after six years, continue, the use of the Ffp2 masks are expected for ten days from the last contact with the positive topic. If symptoms appear, an antigen test (rapid or self-administered) or a molecular test is mandatory. As far as integrated digital education is concerned, pupils from primary, secondary and secondary schools and from the vocational training system, isolated due to the covid infection, can integrate school activities in learning mode digitally at the request of families or adults Students are accompanied by a specific medical certification that certifies the health conditions of the student. Repetition into the class is only subject to the demonstration of having performed a rapid or molecular antigen test with negative result.
The vaccination obligation for all school staff remains until 15 June. According to the published decree, vaccination is an essential necessity for educational activities and contact with students. If the vaccination has not been carried out or if the vaccination request has not been delivered in the manner specified in the current vaccination campaign, teachers and educators are invited to produce the evidence within 5 days. that the vaccination was carried out. or the certification regarding the submission or issuance of the same, or the presentation of the vaccination request, which is carried out within a period of not more than twenty days after receipt of the invitation, or in any case the non- Existence of conditions for vaccination “.
