(ANSA) – TERMOLI, 07 APR – Continuing education of students and graduates to improve their professional qualifications. This is the new project of the “Federico II di Svevia” Hotel Institute of Termoli, presented today at the headquarters of the high school of the Adriatic city. The initiative thus begins with the activation of new institutional relations between the high school, the tourism department of the Molise region, the Italian Federation of Chefs and the Autonomous Tourist Board (Aast). To illustrate it, the teacher Maria Chimisso, the Regional Councilor for Tourism Vincenzo Cotugno, the President of the Molise Regional Chefs Union Massimo Talia, the Ambassador of Taste and Teaching Staff of the Maurizio Santilli Institute, the Extraordinary Commissioner of the Autonomous Society of Remo Di Giandomenico Residence and Tourism.
It is a basic training project for young people who visit the vocational institute and a high specialization for those who have completed but decide not to just study their way. “The school communicates with local associations, with organizations and companies – declares Santilli – The hospitality industry will continue to offer training. The development of a territory starts from training”.
