To achieve the objectives in line with regional, state and European plans and programs, the following are promoted and funded:

- Study orientation programs aimed in particular at high schoolspromoting their scientific careers, to spread awareness of the opportunities, including professional, that STEM disciplines offer womencounteract their under-representation in strategic sectors, while promoting gender equality and equal opportunities;
- Training aimed at teachers, in particular in primary and secondary schoolsaims to impart adequate skills on the topics of gender stereotypes, on innovative methods for teaching science and mathematics subjects and on digital education;
- Scholarships, intended for female studentsto encourage and support the choice of pathways in scientific sectors with low female participation
- vocational and specialized training courses as well as training internships aimed primarily at women entering or re-entering the labor market to provide adequate skills in the scientific field, in the use of digital technologies and programs, in the management of data analysis software;
- vocational training and education courses (IeFP) and Higher Technical Education and Training (IFTS) dedicated mainly to female students, in the field of programming and development of digital products;
- Projects and courses for vocational training, targeted at women and dedicated to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (SME), for self-employed workers and craftsmen, for the acquisition of digital skills, to facilitate access to the digital market;
- Initiatives to encourage the improvement of women’s skills, in particular at universities, public and private research centers and shops who work in research, including through the preparation and adoption of gender equality plans, to make these organizations more inclusive and to improve all talents by overcoming stereotypes and gender discrimination;
- Establishment of scholarships, including industrial doctorates, in particular those related to the needs of the territory, improve skills developed in the workplace and enable the continuation of study and research activities, facilitate the university’s transition to the labor market and improve the employment opportunities of highly qualified young women;
- promoting the use of the learning contract for higher education and research in favor of women, in areas related to STEM subjects;
- promoting initiatives for employment and career advancement of women in the STEM sectors and that of information and communication technologies (ICT), including through the recognition of bonus benefits in favor of the companies operating in these sectors;
- the promotion of projects for the creation of Gender Innovation Hub, territorial ecosystems, physical spaces where companies, research and training meet to support the development of technological and digital innovation that focuses on gender implications;
- the organization of Digital literacy courses and programs are particularly targeted at the most vulnerable groups in which these skills are usually most lackingto provide the necessary basic digital skills;

Article three defines the beneficiaries of the law, ie local public bodies, public and certified schools, universities and research bodies. The law also provides that for the implementation of programs and interventions, the region provides agreements and memoranda of understanding with research bodies, a three-year planning and management plan and an annual program of interventions.

To benefit from the funding, local authorities or other territorial public bodies, municipalities, public or recognized schools of all levels, public universities and research bodies, private universities having their registered and / or operational headquarters in the region are accredited vocational training bodies. and third sector bodies.
In order to pursue the objectives provided for by law, the Regional Council shall adopt a three-year intervention plan every three years, approving an annual program and Allocation of 800 thousand euros in the two-year period 2022-2023 to finance two funds:
